Arabian Racing Cup

The Arabian Racing Cup is an international breeder’s incentive program dedicated to the promotion of Arabian racing by expanding public awareness, creating prestigious races to highlight our industry’s racehorses and enhancing the value of those horses by making award payments to the nominators of racing sires, mares and runners.

传奇sf手机版The Cup was originally chartered as a Tennessee non-profit corporation in 1983. Founded by Dr. Sam Harrison, the Cup offered purses and awards for those breeders and owners that nominated their stallions and foals. Since its inception, the program has grown both in numbers of horses nominated and the amount of money paid out in awards.

传奇sf手机版In 1995, the Arabian Racing Cup produced its inaugural Arabian Cup Championships. Consisting of six races, the Cup drew the best Arabian racehorses in the country to run for over $400,000 in purses. Surrounded by a weekend of social affairs, the Cup Championships are the most important event of the year in our industry.

The Breeders Incentive Program has been discontinued for an undetermined time, however, the ARC continues to promote and host the annual Darley Awards.
